Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to join our restaurant team! You will lead daily operations, ensure excellent member service. Your enthusiasm, leadership skills, and passion for the food industry will drive team performance, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to the overall success of our food service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to grow their management career. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including supervising staff, training, maintaining high standards of service. Support staff training and development to ensure team members are knowledgeable about menu items, POS system and food safety protocols. Ensure efficient shift management by coordinating scheduling, monitoring performance, and motivating team members to deliver excellent member service. Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience within the food industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
