OPERATIONS & GUESTS
Handle guest concerns professionally and calmly. Supervise daily dining room and kitchen execution. Ensure food orders are accurate, timely, and high quality. Complete line checks, prep lists, order guides, and inventories. Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to the team.
PEOPLE & BUSINESS
Train team members on menu items, recipes, and procedures. Follow all state safety and sanitation requirements. Help forecast sales and build schedules that support business needs. Coordinate restaurant orders, repairs, and maintenance. Represent Pei Wei as a positive ambassador in the community.
What You Bring External candidates:
2 years of management experience.
Internal candidates:
1 year of Pei Wei Manager experience, or 6 months of Pei Wei Manager experience plus 1 year of previous restaurant management experience.
Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Leadership strengths:
Sound decision-making, adaptability, coaching, and the ability to lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Physical requirements:
Ability to reach, bend, balance, transport objects up to 30 lbs., and stand or walk for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
