Full time, on site About Crush Yard Crush Yard is Nashville's premier eatertainment venue: 8 pickleball courts, 3 golf simulator bays, a full restaurant and bar, darts, pool, and a pro shop, all under one roof. We bring together great food, great drinks, and a real sports and social community, and we want every guest to feel that energy the moment they walk in. The Role We are hiring a Bar Manager to own the bar program and help lead front of house. Your main focus is the bar, and you will also support all front of house operations across the building. You will lead the team, drive beverage revenue and profitability, and set the service standard that keeps guests coming back. This is a leadership role with real ownership over your beverage program, your team, and the numbers behind them. What You Will Do Lead daily bar operations across service, staffing, and floor execution Hire, train, schedule, and develop your front of house team: bartenders, servers, and server assistants Manage the full beverage program: cost, pour cost, inventory, quality, and consistency Bring your creativity to special menus like happy hour and seasonal features. Our core menu is set, so this is your space to build and experiment Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and par levels Ensure full compliance with TABC and all alcohol service regulations Support front of house operations across the building and step in wherever the venue needs you, with the bar as your home base Partner with kitchen and events teams to execute private events, leagues, and programming Uphold cleanliness, safety, and health standards behind the bar Track and report beverage KPIs, and use the numbers to improve results What We Are Looking For 2 or more years in a bar or beverage leadership role, ideally in a high volume or entertainment venue Proven command of beverage cost control, inventory, and scheduling Strong cocktail knowledge and a creative eye for specials and seasonal features A hospitality first mindset with the ability to lead a team under pressure Comfort with POS and scheduling systems, and with reading a
P&L TABC
