You're in charge of making sure the restaurant operates smoothly, the team is fired up and every guest leaves with a big smile. You'll lead the way in creating unforgettable experiences that keep people coming back, all while driving sales and keeping business going. You'll also be the go-to person for making sure our frontline training systems are ready to go.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
Managers must be over 21 years of age. At least 3-5 years of recent full-service or fast-casual restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience. Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations. Results driven and team oriented.Restaurant Manager Benefits:
