Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Home Manager/Assistant to support a family of four, including two teenagers, a husband and wife, along with their pets—a dog and a cat. This role involves managing daily household tasks to ensure a smooth, comfortable, and well-maintained home environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of handling a variety of responsibilities to support the family's needs. Duties Oversee daily household operations to maintain an organized and tidy home environment Perform light cleaning tasks, including tidying up common areas and ensuring cleanliness throughout the house Assist with organizing household items and managing schedules for family members Pick up the teenagers from school and coordinate transportation as needed Handle light pet care responsibilities such as feeding, walking, and general care for the dog and cat Support with errands or household shopping as required Manage household supplies and ensure necessary items are stocked Assist with other day-to-day home tasks to promote an efficient living environment Qualifications Prior experience in household management or similar roles is preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment Reliable transportation for school pickups and errands Compassionate and caring attitude towards pets and family members Excellent communication skills and professionalism Ability to work independently with minimal supervision This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of a busy family home, providing essential support to ensure daily life runs smoothly.

Pay:

$24.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
