Responsibilities Team Building:
Foster a collaborative environment, providing coaching, feedback, and resolving employee concerns effectively.

Other duties as assigned Qualifications Clear verbal and written communication skills (English).
Experience in restaurant, retail, or a supervisory role.
At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle with insurance.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
