As a Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will be responsible for all aspects of your restaurant's operation and training. You are accountable for strategic planning, driving sales, staffing, controlling costs, achieving operations standards, leading teams, onboarding new team members and developing future leaders.

Requirements:
18+ years old Valid driver's license Background check required
Physical & Mental Demands:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.) Repetitive tasks; use of speech, hearing, vision, dexterity Occasional use of taste/smell; exposure to chemicals and uneven surfaces
Work Conditions:
Flexible schedule: weekends, evenings, holidays 45+ hours/week Exposure to extreme temperatures (equipment/weather)
