Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our restaurant to new heights of excellence! Duties Lead daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, ensuring smooth shift transitions, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Oversee food preparation, cooking processes, and food handling to guarantee quality and safety compliance across all kitchen activities. Utilize POS systems such as Focus POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation. Control inventory levels through meticulous stock management, ordering supplies as needed, and minimizing waste. Train and develop staff members on food safety protocols, food production techniques, and customer service excellence. Supervise team members by conducting interviews, performance evaluations, and providing ongoing coaching to foster a motivated workforce. Analyze profit and loss statements to identify opportunities for growth while maintaining operational efficiency in casual dining or quick service environments. Qualifications Proven experience managing restaurants or food service establishments with a strong background in food industry operations. Demonstrated expertise in food preparation, culinary techniques, and kitchen management within fast food or casual dining settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential. Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience with a focus on team leadership and staff training. Familiarity with inventory control, food safety management, and budgeting processes. Excellent managerial communication skills coupled with the ability to lead hospitality teams effectively. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities including shift management, customer service oversight, and food production coordination. $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
