Full Job Description Location:

Murfreesboro, TN (840 and 102 intersection)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, occasional overtime, early starts, and late finishes. About Us We are a fast-moving food startup making a high-performance, nutrient-dense oatmeal product under cGMP standards. We are looking for a Production Lead who can run the line, operate equipment, keep records current, and help ship orders on time. What You'll Do Lead the floor for your shift, coordinate tasks, and keep production on plan Operate and tune packaging equipment, perform changeovers, and complete in-process checks Batch and mix to recipe, stage ingredients, and log lots and weights Receive and inspect deliveries, verify against COAs and specs, and flag discrepancies Pick, pack, and ship DTC orders with high scan accuracy and correct labels Complete same-day production records and basic inventory moves at a floor workstation Perform daily and changeover sanitation, 5S, tool control, and basic PM checklists Follow cGMP, food safety, and facility safety procedures Lift up to 60 lbs and stay active throughout the shift Who You Are 2 to 5+ years in manufacturing or food production; prior team lead experience is a plus Comfortable operating machinery and learning new equipment Familiar with cGMP or willing to learn quickly Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized with good communication Startup mindset, flexible, and willing to jump in where needed Why Join Us Consistent weekday hours and overtime eligibility Hands-on pivotal role on a small, efficient team Mission-driven focus making real food with real impact How To Apply Tell us about your favorite way to prepare oatmeal.
