Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery. Provide strong leadership and guidance to create a positive, productive, and high-performing team culture. Recruit, train, develop, and retain staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Ensure the venue consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences and maintains high hospitality standards. Monitor and respond to guest feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality. Manage budgets, control costs, maximize revenue opportunities, and drive overall financial performance. Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to achieve financial targets. Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall venue performance. Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies that support growth and success. Stay informed on hospitality and industry trends and recommend innovative ideas to enhance the brand and guest experience. Maintain strong communication and collaboration with leadership, management, and team members. Ensure compliance with applicable company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in the hospitality industry Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Results-driven with a focus on achieving financial targets Knowledge of restaurant, bar, and nightlife operations Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Why Join EEG?
