Job Description

Assistant Kitchen Manager Where great food, great people, and great vibes come together The Assistant Kitchen Manager helps run the heart of the house—our kitchen! You'll lead day-to-day culinary operations, bring our Celebrity Chef's vision to life, and inspire your team to level up their skills. If you love food, leadership, and having fun while doing serious business, this role's for you. $1,000 Dollar Sign on Bonus (first half in 30 days of employment and the other half after 90 days of employment) What You'll Be Doing Make sure every guest has an amazing time—and loves every bite Lead and support Cook Assistants, Cooks, and Dishwashers Coach, mentor, and grow culinary team members to reach their full potential Teach and uphold HACCP principles like a pro Manage ordering, production, and inventory (because chaos is not a spice) Schedule the right team at the right time to crush service Train the team on culinary excellence and consistency Keep an eye on food quality, ticket times, and recipe adherence Jump in on any station when needed—hands-on leadership is key Conduct table touches for guests needing allergy assistance Engage with guests and be part of the fun Drive business success and profitability Follow all local, state, and federal regulations Pitch in wherever needed—we're all in this together And most importantly… have fun doing it! What You Bring to the Table Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays 3+ years of culinary management experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants At least 1 year of supervising kitchen teams Willingness to assist at other venues in the market Ability to showcase your skills in a hands-on culinary exam Comfort with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong leadership with the ability to work solo or with a team Thrives in a fast-paced environment Organized, detail-oriented, and a great communicator Able to stand for long periods of time Loves interacting with guests from around the world Enjoys having fun at work (seriously—we mean it!)
