This concept will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with dine-in, takeout, third-party delivery, and catering services for surrounding businesses. ⸻ What You'll Do
  • Be the Main Chef Cooking and Operating the cafe sometimes by yourself
  • Run day-to-day operations of the café
  • Execute and maintain a high-quality, consistent menu
  • Operate the kitchen independently when needed
  • Oversee front counter service (coffee, orders, packaging)
  • Maintain cleanliness and health standards (A-rating level)
  • Manage inventory, food costs, and ordering
  • Train team members to execute duties at a high and professional level
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration with ownership Help grow the brand through quality, efficiency, and service ⸻ Schedule Available Monday
  • Friday 6:30 AM
