Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years of recent management experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant in a scratch kitchen. Food Handlers Certification / Alcoholic Beverage Servers Certification. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Understanding of food and equipment safety and sanitation regulations.
