Responsibilities Assist the FOH Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations, including service flow and guest interactions Support staff training and development to uphold excellent customer service standards and food handling procedures Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure quality and consistency across all dishes served Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and transaction reconciliation Control inventory levels, monitor food supplies, and coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient food production and waste reduction Supervise shift management, including scheduling, delegating tasks, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations Lead by example in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment for guests and staff alike Experience Proven experience in food service management or supervisory roles within quick service, fast food, casual dining, or fine dining establishments Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen operations Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling expertise is essential Strong background in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety standards Previous hospitality management experience including staff training, interviewing, team management, and shift supervision Familiarity with catering, banquet service, bar operations, or hotel restaurant environments is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable dining experiences Embark on a rewarding journey where your leadership fuels a vibrant team atmosphere!
