APPLICATION CLOSE 9/10/26
Are you someone who has built strong teams, developed people into leaders, and knows how to create a culture where people want to show up, grow, and perform at a high level. You're not a leader who manages from the sidelines. You're in it with your team coaching, supporting, setting the standard, and stepping in when your people or customers need you. You connect easily with people. You're curious, ask great questions, and build real relationships with your team and customers. Fitness and nutrition are a meaningful part of your life. You believe in what we do because you live it yourself, and you're passionate about helping others reach their goals and become better versions of themselves. We can teach you the My Fit Foods model. What we can't teach is how much you care about people, culture, and helping others grow. If that sounds like you, we want to talk.
The Opportunity:
My Fit Foods is growing, and we're looking for a proven General Manager to lead our Austin location. We've spent years building an operating model that works. The systems, infrastructure, and playbook are already here. What we need are exceptional leaders who can bring that model to life through people. You'll start by leading one store and learning My Fit Foods from the ground up. As we grow, so can you. Successful General Managers have the opportunity to move into Multi-Unit Operator roles overseeing multiple locations and eventually take on greater leadership responsibility across the company. We're not looking for someone to simply run a store. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
About My Fit Foods:
My Fit Foods is a performance-driven nutrition company built to help people change their lives through fitness and nutrition. We prepare fresh, ready-to-eat meals that make healthy eating simple and effective. But our stores are about more than meals. Our teams get to know our customers, understand their goals, build real relationships, and help them stay connected to the best version of themselves. We're an established business built to scale: More than 2.5 million meals donated to people in need. Named to the Inc. 5000 in 2023 as one of America's fastest-growing companies. Deeply connected to the fitness community through partnerships with gyms and wellness leaders across the country. The infrastructure is built. The model works. Now we're building the team that can take it further. What You'll Do Your biggest responsibility is simple: build and lead a great team.
You'll:
Build a culture where people are coached, challenged, supported, and developed. Hire great people and develop team members into future leaders. Coach your team consistently not just when something goes wrong. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with your team and step in when they need you. Build genuine relationships with customers, understand their goals, and teach your team to do the same. Set clear expectations and hold a high standard of accountability. Own your store's performance and execute against your KPIs. Keep operations tight across inventory, payroll, cleanliness, and compliance. Partner with local teams on marketing and community outreach. We have the systems and infrastructure. Your job is to bring the people and culture side of that system to life. How We Develop Our General Managers Great leaders should understand the work they're asking their teams to do. That's why every My Fit Foods General Manager learns the business from the ground up. You'll work alongside the team, understand their roles, learn what great looks like, and build the credibility to coach it. You're paid your full base salary from day one. Phase 1 — Learn the Business Work as an individual performer across customer experience, operations, and marketing. Approximately 6-8 weeks. Phase 2 — Learn the Leadership Model Step into the KPIs, responsibilities, and expectations of our Customer Experience Manager, Marketing Manager, and General Manager roles. Approximately 2-3 months total. Phase 3 — Lead the Store Take ownership of a high-volume My Fit Foods location. Build the team, develop leaders, protect the culture, and execute the model. Approximately 6-18 months. Phase 4 — Grow With Us Once you've demonstrated you can build people, culture, and performance at the store level, you'll have the opportunity to move into multi-unit leadership overseeing roughly five locations. The timeline can move faster based on the experience you bring and the results you produce. What's In It for You $90,000-$120,000 base salary + monthly profit sharing. The better your store performs, the greater your upside. Strong operators at My Fit Foods have a path toward $300K+ total earning potential as they take on greater responsibility. You'll also receive: Eligibility for Unit Appreciation Rights after three years of tenure. Structured leadership development and a proven operating playbook. Medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employee discounts on meals and supplements. 8 days of PTO to start, with the opportunity to earn an additional 12 days based on performance.
