Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Floor Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, restaurant management experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supervising staff, managing food service operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards to create a memorable dining experience for guests. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations Oversee food preparation, food safety, and food handling procedures to maintain high standards of quality and hygiene Manage POS systems (Toast) for accurate order processing and cash handling Control inventory levels, monitor stock supplies, and coordinate with vendors for timely replenishment Train, develop, and evaluate staff members to enhance team performance and ensure excellent customer service Oversee shift management, ensuring proper staffing levels during peak hours and maintaining operational efficiency Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to promote guest satisfaction Assist in budgeting, cost control, and overall food management to meet financial goals Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies at all times Support catering, banquet events, bar operations, or other special functions as needed Requirements Proven leadership experience in a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining setting; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus Strong knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, kitchen management, and food production Familiarity with POS systems; cash handling expertise required Experience in supervising staff, conducting interviews, training & development programs, and team management skills Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and food service management practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Culinary experience or kitchen management background appreciated; hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate staff and foster a positive work environment Ability to manage shift schedules effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in food handling and safety protocols Join our team as a Restaurant Floor Manager where your leadership will directly influence the guest experience while fostering a collaborative work environment. Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
