Day Shift Help for . Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by consistently providing excellent service, great tasting/quality food, and a clean restaurant environment for all guests by performing one or more workstations in accordance with JIB procedures, systems, and standards, and 20/20 guest expectations. The Shift Manager oversees restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring excellent customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and team performance. This role serves as the leader on duty, supervising crew members and helping the restaurant meet operational goals. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and direct crew members during shifts.

Ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and accurate service.

Train, coach, and support new employees.

Manage cash handling, deposits, and register accountability.

Monitor food safety, sanitation, and health standards.

Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally.

Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.

Maintain restaurant cleanliness inside and outside the building.

Ensure quality, speed, and accuracy of food orders.

Assist management with inventory, staffing, and operational goals.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

At least 6 months of restaurant or customer service experience.

Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds or more.

Food safety certification may be required or obtained after hire.
