Position Overview We are seeking a proven Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, develop high-performing teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong operational discipline, leadership presence, and the ability to drive consistent results in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and kitchen execution Drive a culture of hospitality, accountability, and performance Manage and optimize staffing levels to ensure execution during peak periods Train, coach, and develop team members and future leaders Maintain strict standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Oversee inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and maximize profitability Execute cash handling procedures and daily financial controls Utilize POS and reporting systems to monitor performance and drive decision-making Create a positive, professional environment that retains top talent Qualifications Proven leadership experience in restaurant management or hospitality Strong track record of developing teams and delivering operational results Deep understanding of kitchen operations, food quality, and execution standards Experience with inventory management, labor control, and cost discipline Proficiency with POS systems and reporting tools High level of accountability, urgency, and attention to detail Long-term growth mindset with desire to advance within the company What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Performance-driven bonus opportunities Clear path for advancement within a growing restaurant group Professional, team-oriented culture focused on excellence Final Note This is not an average management role.
