As General Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operation of the restaurant while working closely with local ownership and Sourdough & Co. corporate support.- Recruit, hire, train, schedule and develop a strong restaurant team
- Create a positive, accountable and respectful workplace
- Lead hands-on during daily operations and peak periods
- Maintain high standards for food quality, speed, service, cleanliness and safety
- Manage inventory, ordering, food cost, labor and other controllable expenses
- Monitor sales and operating performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally
- Develop future shift leaders and managers
- Ensure Sourdough & Co.
Who We're Looking For:
- Restaurant management experience, preferably in fast-casual, quick-service or another high-volume environment
- Experience hiring, training, and developing employees
- Understanding of scheduling, labor management, inventory, and food cost
- A hands-on leader who communicates well and stays calm under pressure
- Organized, dependable and accountable
- Someone who genuinely enjoys food, service, and developing people New restaurant opening experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $55,000 annual salary

Pay:
$55,000.00- $60,000.
