Role Description The Restaurant General Manager at Clean Eatz College Station is a full-time, on-site role based in College Station, TX. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, supervising front- and back-of-house activities, and ensuring consistent food quality and safety standards. The General Manager leads and develops team members, conducts performance check-ins, coordinates training, and supports a culture of excellent guest service. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, controlling food and labor costs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The General Manager also handles customer concerns, supports local marketing efforts, and partners with ownership to meet sales, profitability, and operational goals. Qualifications Strong financial and operational management skills, including P&L Management and Budgeting. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction with proven Customer Service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Experience with Hiring, onboarding, and developing team members in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and maintain accountability. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and health regulations. Effective communication and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and organization. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for restaurant operations. Nutrition composition knowledge Prior experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor; experience in health-focused or fast-casual concepts is a plus.
