Job Description
We are seeking General Managers to come work at our Popeyes Chicken restaurants!

General Manager Job Description and Qualifications:
Train, monitor, and reinforce employees on food safety procedures Work with the leadership team to meet sales goals Manage food and labor costs, daily and weekly inventory, and cash control Perform banking functions Execute company policies and procedures Monitor food inventory levels and order product when necessary Manage and maintain safe working conditions Manage crew member employees in a manner that maximizes crew retention Interview and hire team members Provide proper training for team members Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action Maintain fast, accurate service, and provide excellent customer service Meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations Ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness Maximize store sales goals versus budget, including participation in marketing programs Perform all administrative duties in a timely manner as per company guidelines
Qualifications:
Experience in supervising and managing staff Fluent English speaking and writing skills Basic computer knowledge Exhibit a sense of urgency Neat, clean, and professional appearance Able to lift 35 pounds to waist level Guest-friendly demeanor Willing to assume around-the-clock responsibility for restaurant operations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willing to work normal schedule of 52+ hours per week (all shifts)
