  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our bustling restaurant operations.
This pivotal role requires a passionate leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the driving force behind daily restaurant management, you will oversee all aspects of food service, staff supervision, inventory control, and financial performance. Your leadership will inspire your team to excel in hospitality standards, culinary excellence, and operational efficiency, ensuring the restaurant's success and growth. Duties Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and food safety protocols to ensure high-quality service. Oversee staff training, development, and supervision to foster a motivated and skilled team committed to excellent customer service. Manage inventory control processes, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to optimize food costs and minimize shortages. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for transaction processing, sales tracking, and reporting accuracy. Handle cash management duties with precision, including cash handling procedures and reconciliation at shift end. Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation practices across all kitchen and dining areas. Supervise shift management activities, including scheduling staff shifts to meet business demands while maintaining labor cost efficiency. Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production schedules, catering events, banquet services, or special promotions to maximize revenue opportunities. Implement customer service standards that promote positive guest experiences and resolve any issues promptly. Support budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. Qualifications Proven management experience within a quick service & fast food restaurant or casual dining environment with supervising responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary practices, and food handling safety standards. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and reporting. Strong background in restaurant management including inventory control, cash handling, shift management, and team training & development. Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence in both casual dining and fine dining settings. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Excellent communication skills for interviewing candidates, staff training sessions, and customer interactions. Knowledge of food safety regulations, kitchen management practices, and food production processes. Ability to manage budgets effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and service delivery.
