$55,000-$65,000 base salary Jakes is growing across the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, and we're looking for experienced restaurant managers to grow with us. We're opening new locations and building out leadership teams at stores throughout DFW. WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead, coach, and develop the full team — FOH, kitchen, and key managers Recruit constantly and hire people who raise the standard Hold the team accountable for great service and great food, every shift Drive sales through strong operations, local store marketing, and social media Manage costs, inventory, cash handling, and deposits Handle hiring, coaching, discipline, and documentation the right way Keep the restaurant clean, compliant, and inspection-ready Create a fun, high-energy environment where people want to work

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Substantial experience managing high-volume restaurants and/or bars A leader who earns respect and sets the example Calm and decisive when things are moving fast Strong with numbers — checkouts, deposits, and cost control Spanish is a big plus Able to be on your feet for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs Must obtain required food safety and TABC certifications
