$55,000-$65,000 annually

Join Our Leadership Team The Boil Shack is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to work directly with the Owner in leading one of the Texas Hill Country's most exciting restaurant concepts. We're looking for a hands-on hospitality leader with extensive bartending experience, strong restaurant management skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. The Boil Shack is a unique destination featuring a Cajun seafood restaurant, sports bar, live music, petting zoo, and family entertainment. Responsibilities Work directly with and report to the Owner. Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations. Lead, hire, train, and develop team members. Ensure exceptional guest service and food quality. Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and ordering. Maintain bar operations and TABC compliance. Assist with promotions, live music, and special events. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health standards. Qualifications 3+ years of restaurant management experience. Extensive high-volume bartending experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost control. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Nights, weekends, and holiday availability required. Compensation & Growth $55,000-$75,000 starting salary , based on experience.
