General Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead restaurant operations to meet goals in safety, service, quality, and cleanliness. Manage profitability, labor, and food costs. Coach and develop managers and crew for success. Conduct food safety checks, inventory audits, and cash handling. Ensure guest satisfaction through strong hospitality leadership.

Requirements:

McDonald's or QSR management experience required. Strong leadership and communication skills. Computer proficiency. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Authorized to work in the U.S., with reliable transportation and background check. 45-48 hours/week
