Role:
Restaurant Managers oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent guest experiences, strong team performance, and smooth operations. This role is responsible for supporting profitability, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and helping develop a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, food quality, and guest satisfaction Lead, coach, and develop team members while promoting a positive culture Assist with scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and performance management Manage cash handling, inventory, labor, and operational procedures Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and company standards Utilize systems such as
Toast, HotSchedules, and Paylocity Qualifications:
1+ year of restaurant management experience (full-service preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred Ability to obtain TABC Certification and Food Manager Certification during training Why Join Hoffbrau?
