What We Expect From You 2 years of experience as a single-unit operator in the food and beverage industry Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Solid talent and performance-management skills Ability to train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures Work with your team to meet sales goals, meet food and labor costs, as well as maintain fast, accurate, and exceptional customer service.
