Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bar Manager to lead our bar operations with enthusiasm and expertise. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily bar activities, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage a talented team of bartenders and staff. Your leadership will drive the creation of a lively, welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Duties Lead and supervise all bar staff, including hiring, training, and performance management to foster a motivated team. Oversee food preparation and beverage service, ensuring quality standards are consistently met. Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste. Operate POS system, Toast, to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and responsible alcohol service policies. Handle cash management duties including cash handling, balancing registers, and preparing financial reports. Coordinate shift schedules, manage customer flow during peak hours, and resolve any service issues promptly. Requirements Previous management or assistant manager experience within the hospitality or food industry. Excellent team management skills with experience in staff training, supervising, and conducting interviews. Strong communication skills essential for managing hospitality teams and delivering exceptional customer service.
