We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who lives the lifestyle, builds strong relationships, and brings energy and ownership to the floor. The Opportunity My Fit Foods is hiring an Elite Assistant General Manager of Customer Service. You'll work alongside your General Manager to lead daily operations, develop team members, and build a store customers trust to support their goals. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll work shoulder to shoulder with your team, connect with customers, set clear expectations, and follow through with coaching and accountability. For a strong performer, this role offers a clear path toward General Manager, supported by executive mentorship and a structured leadership development program. What You'll Do Partner with the GM to lead daily store operations and uphold My Fit Foods' standards. Build a team culture rooted in integrity, discipline, accountability, and development. Connect with customers, understand their goals, and help them find meals that support their nutrition needs. Set the standard for customer service and coach your team to deliver it consistently. Support hiring, onboarding, training, and ongoing team development. Coach team members through clear expectations, regular feedback, and consistent follow-up. Lead effective one-on-one conversations focused on growth and performance. Run opening and closing shifts with full leadership responsibility. Maintain strong routines for inventory, food safety, cleanliness, and scheduling. Support local marketing, community relationships, and grassroots outreach. Participate in leadership meetings and communicate team progress, challenges, and priorities. Apply coaching from your GM and executive leadership as you prepare for greater responsibility.
