Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bakery/Restaurant General Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of food quality and safety. Your leadership will drive team performance, optimize profitability, and foster a welcoming environment that keeps guests coming back. Duties Lead and supervise all aspects of bakery and restaurant operations, including food preparation, baking, and order fulfillment. Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to ensure a high-performing team with excellent customer service skills Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards in compliance with health regulations Utilize POS systems for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation Monitor shift performance, ensuring efficient workflow and quick service in a fast-paced environment Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate expectations, provide coaching, and promote team engagement Experience Proven management experience in food service environments such as quick service restaurants or casual dining. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety protocols Strong background in supervising teams, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service Familiarity with inventory control, budgeting, and cost management within a hospitality setting Previous roles involving shift management, restaurant operations oversight, or assistant management are highly desirable Demonstrated ability to lead with enthusiasm, communicate effectively with diverse teams, and uphold high standards of food quality and safety
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
