This concept blends scratch-made cuisine, vibrant cocktails, and a lively atmosphere, and is looking for a hands-on leader with strong hospitality instincts and a passion for great food. Responsibilities Lead daily FOH operations and ensure smooth, consistent, high-quality service Train, coach, and develop staff in hospitality, service standards, and teamwork Maintain a strong presence on the floor with excellent table touches and guest engagement Oversee scheduling, labor control, and shift planning Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dining room environment Partner with the culinary team to ensure precise execution and timing Assist with inventory checks, cost awareness, and sales reporting Uphold brand culture, team morale, and a positive work environment Qualifications 2+ years of restaurant management experience (upscale casual or polished casual preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and guest-service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Experience developing teams and maintaining service standards Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive salary Growth opportunities within an expanding restaurant group Supportive leadership culture A dynamic environment built around great food and memorable hospitality
