What You'll Do As General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading every aspect of your location while building a team that customers trust and employees are proud to be part of.

Responsibilities include:

Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff. Foster a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture. Deliver exceptional customer experiences that create loyal, lifelong clients. Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance while maintaining the highest ethical standards. Hire, train, mentor, and develop future leaders within the organization. Monitor KPIs including car count, average repair order (ARO), technician productivity, gross profit, customer retention, inspection completion, and Google reviews. Ensure accurate and transparent communication with customers throughout the repair process. Maintain exceptional facility appearance, cleanliness, and organization. Lead daily production meetings and manage workflow for maximum efficiency. Partner with the Regional Manager to achieve business goals while continuously improving store performance. Ensure every repair meets Locals Automotive Repair's quality standards. What We're Looking For We're looking for leaders, not just managers.

Proven leadership experience managing teams in automotive, hospitality, retail, restaurant, dealership, or other customer-focused industries. A passion for developing people and building winning cultures. Strong business acumen and experience managing financial performance. Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills. A customer-first mindset with high personal integrity. The ability to lead by example and hold teams accountable. Experience interpreting business metrics and making data-driven decisions. A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Automotive experience is preferred but not required .
