The ideal candidate is a strong leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and isn't afraid to jump in and help the team when needed. Responsibilities
- Hire, train, schedule, supervise, and develop employees
- Oversee daily facility operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Maintain excellent guest service, safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
- Manage labor, inventory, supplies, and routine operating expenses
- Handle minor facility issues and coordinate maintenance when needed
- Oversee supply orders and pick-ups
- Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally
- Serve as the primary contact for local businesses and B2B relationships
- Help develop corporate events, parties, group bookings, and community partnerships
- Be actively present during busy weekends, large events, and peak operating periods
- Work with ownership to meet revenue, labor, customer satisfaction, and overall performance goals
- Perform additional duties necessary for the successful day-to-day operation of iSmash Qualifications
- Previous management or supervisory experience required
- Experience in family entertainment, hospitality, restaurants, retail, events, or another customer-facing business preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing employees, schedules, and day-to-day operations
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the facility
- Flexible availability, including weekends and special events What We're Looking For We're looking for a manager who leads from the floor, not just the office.
