Our team is small and tight-knit, typically 10-12 staff members, and we're looking for an Assistant Manager with lots of Kitchen /BOH Experience who brings positive energy and good vibes while helping lead the team and keep daily operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in both front-of-house and back-of-house operations takes pride in running a clean and organized restaurant, and knows how to keep team morale high. This ideal candidate will work both BOH and FOH shifts.

Responsibilities:

Manage employee scheduling and shift coverage Oversee inventory and product ordering Hire, train, and develop team members Handle disciplinary actions and terminations when necessary Maintain food quality and presentation standards Ensure compliance with health department and food safety regulations Assist with daily operations in both FOH and BOH when needed Help create a positive, upbeat work environment for the team

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Positive attitude and ability to bring good vibes and energy to the team Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of food safety and health department standards Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
