The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment. This role involves engaging with students, developing lesson plans, and implementing effective classroom management strategies to promote student growth and development. Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment. Teach physical education, promoting physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among students. Provide individualized support and tutoring for students who require additional assistance. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to foster collaboration and support student success. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods as necessary to ensure all students achieve their learning objectives. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices. Experience Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is essential. Strong background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with early intervention strategies to support diverse learning needs is advantageous. Experience in tutoring or providing one-on-one support to students is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required for effective interaction with students and parents.
