afternoon shift manager La Diva Donuts Lewisville, TX Job Details Full-time $17 - $18 an hour 12 hours ago Qualifications Sweeping Food handling Customer communication Café experience Shift management Supervising experience Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and responsible Afternoon Shift Manager/Closer to help manage daily operations during the afternoon and closing shifts. The position will initially work until approximately 4:00 PM , with later shifts eventually extending until approximately 8:00 PM . Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with orders Operate the cash register and accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions Supervise and assist team members during the afternoon shift Help prepare beverages and food items as needed Keep the shop clean, organized, and properly stocked Handle closing procedures, including closing and balancing the register Wash dishes, clean equipment and work areas, take out trash, sweep, and mop Make sure the shop is properly cleaned, secured, and ready for the next business day Qualifications Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Strong customer-service and communication skills Ability to lead and work well with other team members Comfortable handling cash and using a POS system Willing to perform cleaning and closing duties Café, restaurant, cashier, or supervisory experience is preferred but not required We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for the afternoon shift and eventually become a dependable closing manager for the shop.
