Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff coordination Supervise and train team members on food preparation, service standards, POS systems (we use Toast), and food safety protocols Manage inventory control, food handling, and food production to ensure efficiency and minimize waste Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales reports Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety management and sanitation standards Support hiring processes through interviewing candidates and onboarding new staff Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly to enhance satisfaction Experience is a Plus but Smart Coachability is Key! Proven assistant manager or supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and culinary operations Hands-on experience with POS systems (Toast) for order processing and sales tracking Strong background in managing fast food or quick service restaurant operations; casual dining or fine dining experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to supervise teams effectively, including training staff and managing shift schedules Familiarity with food safety standards, inventory control procedures, and profit & loss analysis Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead teams confidently and manage multiple priorities efficiently This vibrant role offers the chance to develop your leadership skills further while making a tangible impact on our guests' dining experiences.
