Responsibilities include:

Leading and developing your management and store team Creating a "run it like you own it" mentality Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training employees Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high operational standards Coaching and mentoring assistant managers for future growth opportunities Managing staffing levels, scheduling, and team development Maintaining strong communication and timely follow-up with leadership and staff Leading from the front — this is a hands-on leadership role, not an office job Maintaining a calm, positive attitude during high-volume operations Ensuring every treat served meets Andy's quality standards What We're Looking For 3-5 years of management experience in food service or a related leadership role Positive, energetic leadership style Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable Reliable transportation Open availability, including nights, weekends, and some holidays High school diploma or equivalent Strong employment history and positive references Physical Requirements Constant standing and walking Ability to lift/carry up to 55 pounds safely Frequent reaching, bending, twisting, and precision work Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Frequent use of POS systems and restaurant equipment Grow With Us At Andy's Frozen Custard, this is more than just a job — it's a career opportunity.
