McAllen, TX & Pharr, TX Altamar Seafood & Bar is currently hiring motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing team! We are seeking candidates who are passionate about delivering excellent food and customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
General Manager Location:
McAllen, TX & Pharr, TX (must be able to travel between both locations)
Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations at both restaurant locations, ensuring excellent customer service, staff supervision, financial performance, and overall efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry Minimum High School Diploma or GED Ability to travel between McAllen and Pharr locations Strong leadership and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations at both locations Supervise, train, and support staff Ensure high standards of food quality and customer service Manage scheduling and staff performance Monitor inventory and control costs Address customer concerns professionally Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
