Hospitality experience is preferred, but above all, we seek individuals who are driven, adaptable, and dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Lead and supervise hotel teams, including front desk staff, housekeeping, food & beverage to ensure seamless daily operations. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to meet or exceed financial targets. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, hotel policies, and industry standards. Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a high level of customer service excellence. Coordinate with departments on staffing schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team. Utilize revenue management techniques to optimize room rates, occupancy levels, and overall profitability. Maintain a welcoming environment by overseeing guest services at the front desk and ensuring smooth check-in/check-out processes. Implement effective human resources practices including hiring, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives. Conduct night audits and oversee security procedures to safeguard property assets and ensure guest safety. Qualifications Proven supervising experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong track record of leadership success. Extensive hotel or resort management experience with a comprehensive understanding of hospitality standards. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations professionally and efficiently. Strong background in revenue management, budgeting, and financial analysis within the hospitality industry. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette. Knowledge of human resources practices including staffing, training, and employee engagement strategies. Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Experience with front desk operations, night audit procedures preferred.
