Assistant General Managers (AGMs) are very important to our team and are groomed to be ready for a GM position. Shift Leaders are also critical to our operation. They are also viewed as the future GMs for the brand and we value them greatly. We pay well and provide a great bonus program. We offer flexible schedules and a minimum of 2-days off per week. Restaurant experience is required for both assistants and shift leaders. All candidates must have a service mindset, be good teachers, natural leaders and have a high level of professionalism.
