Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; perform cash handling duties with integrity. Support staff training and development initiatives to enhance skills in food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service. Ensure compliance with health regulations, safety standards, and company policies across all restaurant functions. Participate in interviewing potential team members to build a talented, motivated workforce aligned with our hospitality values. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or assistant management roles within quick service & fast food or casual dining environments. Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management practices. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams in high-pressure settings; capable of training & developing staff effectively. Sound understanding of inventory control, food safety standards, and budgeting principles within the food industry. Exceptional customer service skills to create memorable dining experiences for guests. Ability to manage shift operations seamlessly while maintaining a positive team environment; experience in hospitality management is highly valued.
