What You'll Do Lead BOH Operations:
Oversee daily kitchen functions, maintaining strict brand standards for quality, speed, and presentation during peak showtime windows.
Drive Financial Health:
Manage labor, control COGS, minimize waste through portion control, and conduct weekly inventory to maintain strict budgetary compliance.
Develop Talent:
Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor kitchen staff to build a high-performing, safety-conscious team with a strong culture of accountability.
Enforce Sanitation Standards:
Maintain 100% compliance with health department regulations and B&B safety standards while managing daily, weekly, and monthly deep-cleaning schedules. Partner for

Collaborate with FOH and theater leadership to synchronize kitchen output with guest traffic, providing regular reporting on labor and menu performance. What You'll Bring to the
Table Proven Leadership:
5+ years of kitchen management experience in high-volume, fast-paced dining operations.
Cost Control Expertise:
Direct experience managing procurement, receiving, vendor relations, COGS, and inventory control.
Team Builder:
Demonstrated history of recruiting, mentoring, and retaining a dynamic culinary team.
Precision Execution:
Mastery of food preparation techniques, quality control, and line checks under strict time pressures.
Safety First:
Expert knowledge of food safety regulations and a current ServSafe Manager Certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
Cool Under Pressure:
Proven ability to lead with composure, pivot operations, and solve problems on the fly during high-traffic rushes and special events.
Flexibility:
