Job Description

Overview Are you passionate about culinary excellence and exceptional team leadership? We're seeking a dynamic Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, vibrant food service environment. Duties Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation, cooking, and presentation that meet brand standards and customer expectations. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, controlling food costs, and minimizing waste through effective stock rotation. Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe dining environment for staff and guests. Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and optimize workflow to maximize productivity during peak hours. Train new team members and provide ongoing development opportunities to enhance culinary skills and customer service excellence. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve any operational issues promptly. Experience Proven management experience in a quick service or fast-food restaurant environment, with a focus on kitchen operations. Extensive background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling within casual dining or fine dining settings. Demonstrated expertise in inventory control, budgeting, and food cost management. Prior experience supervising staff, conducting interviews, training, and developing team members for success. Familiarity with restaurant management systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and certifications relevant to the hospitality industry. Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
