Paid Vacation:
2 Weeks (10 days) annually accrued bi-weekly; after 5th year anniversary, 3 weeks (15 days) What we expect from you Knowledge Company's operating systems and procedures. Company's policies and procedures related to job responsibilities. Supervisory practices. Crew orientation and training programs. Federal, state and local employment laws. Education and/or Experience One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Within 90 days of hire or promotion into position, must attend Crew Interviewing Workshop. Must be Serve-Safe Certified.
