If you already run your daily life on your phone, you'll feel right at home. What You'll Own Run daily operations — open-to-close accountability for a clean, fast, hospitality-first store. Lead, schedule, coach, and develop your crew; build a team people want to work on. Hit the numbers — sales, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction — using the automated dashboards and metrics our systems generate. Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor deliveries through our digital tools. Uphold Smoothie King brand, food-safety, and cleanliness standards every shift. Stay responsive on our team communication apps and act on the data they surface. What You Bring 2+ years of QSR or restaurant leadership experience (lead, assistant manager, or GM). Genuine comfort with everyday technology — smartphones, apps, POS systems, and reading simple reports and metrics. A hands-on, lead-from-the-front style and a hospitality-first mindset. Reliable availability including some weekends; ServSafe Manager certification a plus (or willingness to obtain). Positive energy — this is a fun, fast brand and we want a leader who brings it.

What We Offer Compensation:

$20-24 / hourly rate to start

Bonus:

55% or better prime cost bonus
