Experienced Bilingual Restaurant General Manager - Mexican Restaurant We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager with a proven track record in restaurant operations, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will lead by example, build high-performing teams, and ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant. Lead, coach, train, and motivate the team. Deliver an outstanding guest experience. Manage food cost, labor cost, inventory, and operating expenses. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company standards. Create employee schedules and maximize team productivity. Drive sales and achieve operational goals. Resolve guest concerns professionally while maintaining a positive work environment. Supervise both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Ensure recipes, portion control, food quality, and operational procedures are consistently followed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with cost control, inventory management, scheduling, and team leadership. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required). Since much of our kitchen team speaks Spanish, bilingual communication is essential for effective leadership.
