We have a toddler-age son starting Montessori this fall and a second baby arriving early next year. Mom is a physician and we need someone dependable who can take ownership of the day-to-day.

Hours needed:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (45 hours/week). Start date October 2026 with a training period. Job Responsibilities 1. Primary daytime care for our toddler — active, engaged, and screen-free as much as possible 2. Drop off and pick up from Montessori. Drive him to grandparents' home. 3. Grocery shopping and preparing simple dinners 4-5 times per week (no particular request on one type of food & can follow recipes) 4. Keep the house stocked with groceries, diapers, wipes, and household essentials 5. Light organization as needed (we have a housekeeper who handles deep cleaning and laundry)

Note:

This routine will evolve as our family grows. We see this role growing into a household manager position long-term. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Driver's license (required)
• Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance (we will reimburse mileage at IRS standard rate)
• Comfortable with daily driving
• Experience caring for toddlers/young children (3+ years preferred)
• Authorized to work in the US
• COVID vaccinated (required)
• References required
• Must be able to pass a background check Nice to Have
• Infant care experience
• CPR/First Aid certification

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 per week
