We are looking for a dependable, motivated Restaurant Lead / Assistant Manager who wants more than just another restaurant job. This is a hands-on leadership position. You will work alongside the team while helping keep shifts organized, employees productive, customers taken care of, and Pizza Marie's standards followed consistently. What you'll be responsible for: Leading and supporting employees during assigned shifts Working alongside the crew during busy periods Helping make pizzas, prepare food, take orders, stock, clean, and complete normal restaurant duties Making sure opening, shift, stocking, cleaning, food-prep, and closing procedures are completed correctly Coaching employees and holding the team to established standards Handling customer concerns professionally Helping maintain food quality, cleanliness, organization, and food-safety standards Communicating employee, equipment, inventory, and operational problems to the owner Helping train new employees Taking ownership of the restaurant during assigned shifts rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Who we're looking for: We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, calm under pressure, comfortable leading people, and willing to work . You do not need to know Pizza Marie's system—we will train you—but you must be willing to learn it, follow it, and help hold the team accountable to it. Restaurant, retail, hospitality, supervisory, or other leadership experience is preferred. We're also willing to consider someone with strong leadership potential who is ready to step up and learn. The right person should be able to communicate well, solve problems, take initiative, give employees direction respectfully, and understand that good managers don't just tell people what to do—they work alongside their team.

Pay :

$18-$20 per hour, based on experience and demonstrated ability.
