We are seeking a energetic and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team and help oversee daily store operations. Job Summary As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the General Manager to lead daily store operations, uphold high standards for food quality and customer service, and support team member management. You will serve as a hands-on leader on the floor, ensuring fast order fulfillment, proper inventory control, and a clean, safe environment for both guests and staff.
Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Development:
Assist in training, coaching, and supervising team members on customer service standards, food safety, and efficiency.
Daily Operations:
Oversee opening and closing procedures, balance cash registers, and ensure smooth front-of-house and kitchen operations during high-volume peak hours.
Quality & Food Safety Control:
Maintain strict food hygiene, sanitation, and safety guidelines per local health regulations and company standards.
Inventory & Supplies:
Assist with weekly inventory audits, stock tracking, and food waste reduction to maintain target store margins.
Customer Service:
Address guest inquiries, resolve customer feedback promptly and professionally, and foster a welcoming, hospitality-driven atmosphere.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of quick service restaurant (QSR) or supervisory/management experience preferred.
Certifications:
ServSafe or local Food Handler Manager certification required
Skills:
Strong communication, time management, and basic computer/POS literacy.
Flexibility:
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
Physical Requirements:
